Triathalon Training

So here's the deal. I'm turning 50 this March and I thought I would start training for a triathalon. Very slowly I might add I am old. So I started my training not without some careful surfing on the internet on just how to do it. I am totally cool on the running part, got that down.

I have a road bike and have done several races on my bike, now I just need to get the swimming down and then get them fine tuned to do all on the same day. Yikes. So for the swimmimg part I hired the most perfect form freestyle swimmer I know. Her name is Emily Aalona. She met me at the YMCA for our first swim workout. Wow, did I learn alot. Kicking, breathing, strokes, form and yes more breathing.

So off I go on my quest. This is my schedule. Swim, Bike, Run, Swim, Bike, Run. Rest on the 7th day and boy do I need it. So thats my plan. Wish me luck. I just hope I don't drowned. Ha
